Good morning, Please find attached the letter of support for the Lezayre Parish Commissioners regarding the recommendation not to approve planning application 25/90196/B due to restricted vehicle access. Based on the submitted plans, the refuse wagons require adequate turning space to safely undertake curbside collections. Roadside parking is also likely to occur and must be taken into account to ensure that HGV refuse vehicles have the necessary access and maneuvering room to deliver the service effectively.
