The red line is described as "Residential" on the application form. The curtilage is large, but is the same as that accepted under earlier applications 05/01851/B and 07/00107/B. The main house is a modern replacement to an earlier dwelling. The house was approved under PA 05/01851/B ( & 07/00107/B for amendments). The barn subject to this application currently contains residential & office accommodation. - The barn was converted to office & farm manager's accommodation under PA 94/00317. It was conditioned that it may only be occupied by agricultural workers. - PA 02/02341/C was refused for the removal of the agricultural workers' condition. - PA 03/01716/C was approved for the removal of the agricultural workers' condition. New proposed is the replacement of the barn with a building which looks like a house. From looking at the ground levels on the "existing site plan", the level of the site slopes down from the rear of the barns to the front. The Department of Economic Development are concerned that minerals will need to be extracted from the site - there will be a swimming pool in the basement of the new building. - I agreed to find out from the agent if minerals will be extracted. (1) EXT hie. (2) keep exciting + extend to new. (3) Replace - as per drawing. (4) Remove sheet under utilised sheet. (5) What if they had applied for a garage /houpard?
