I acknowledge receipt of your letter received in this office on 28th September 2020 relative to the abovementioned planning application. Unfortunately your letter was received after the application had been determined and therefore your representation cannot be included, nor your party status considered, as part of the assessment of the application.
Whilst the application was Refused on 25th September 2020, there were a number of parties to the application who have power to appeal against the decision should they wish to do so. Unfortunately I am unable to assist you further other than note your interest on the application file and undertake to keep you informed should an appeal be lodged.
