Chris Balmer In any assessment of this application PLEASE BE AWARE that the Case Officer may undertake to visit the site to ensure 1) the site notice has been correctly placed/erected, 2) check the application content against the proposed work / site levels 3) speak to neighbours, if they feel it relevant, and 4) Take photographs where necessary.
The temporary marquee accommodates the existing tramcars which would normally have been accommodated within the former Strathallan Horse Tram Depot. Planning approval for a replacement Horse Tram Depot building has been granted and these works were due to be finished in March 2020. Works to complete the Horse Tram Depot were halted prior to completion in March and works to remove the marquee cannot be completed during the current restrictions. No horses are to be stabled in the temporary marquee building. The proposed temporary marquee has a width of 20.4 m , a depth of 10.1 m and a ridge height of 7.4 m .
