In accordance with Regulation 9(1)(b), should further information be requested and the Applicant fails to comply with that direction after a minimum period of 21 days, the application shall be deemed withdrawn. Should this application be unsupported by adequate and clear site maps and plans outlining all the works proposed, the Department retains the right to refuse acceptance and return the application.
Note: no works may be commenced until such time as - a) On receipt of the planning Decision Notice the time period for requesting an appeal has expired and no such appeal has been requested; or b) Any Appeal has been completed.

As to the type and colouring of the matter to be displayed. A current up to date plan in order to identify the site (these can be purchased from Planning and Building Control).
Detailing the site of the advert/hoarding in red. Showing the position of the buildings and properties immediately adjoining, along with the size and position of every other building within that curtilage.
