Whilst, the proposal is acceptable in highway terms, the Applicant is advised that the installation of the
replacement shop front, incorporating a double door may require alteration to the adjoining highway and need
for repair / replacement of the paving at the Applicant’s expense where damage occurs. Licences to work from
and in the highway may be necessary, such as for any scaffold, for other equipment and materials to be placed

Highway Licences - You are advised that the development hereby permitted may requires you to dig up a road,
