The applicant proposes to make use of an existing room on the ground floor for the purpose of using it as a photography studio. No structural changes will be made to the property. The ground floor has a WC for potential clients. There is parking directly outside the residence on the driveway in front of the garage, as well as additional parking bay available. The clientele will be limited to 1-2 clients per week at most, and large groups are not permitted.
