In any assessment of this application PLEASE BE AWARE that the Case Officer may undertake to visit the site to ensure 1) the site notice has been correctly placed/erected, 2) check the application content against the proposed work / site levels 3) speak to neighbours, if they feel it relevant, and 4) Take photographs where necessary.
An extension to the rear elevation gained Planning Approval in August 2019 (see App No 19/00708/B). This application is a similar design but wider, building up to the boundary wall. The previous design left a narrow passage between the proposed side wall & the boundary wall which was unuseable, and the side wall couldn't be rendered.
