In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the PLANNING COMMITTEE of the Department of Infrastructure does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:

which was considered on 13th October 2011, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.

Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This approval relates to the additional use of retail unit as a betting office as proposed in the submitted documents and drawings 01, 02 and 03 received on 15th July 2011 and 18th July 2011.
- The window display area that fronts onto Arbory Street shall at all times have a display of retail goods available for purchase by members of the public, the range of goods shall be varied on a monthly basis and the retail prices of the goods shall be clearly displayed. The display shall not be used for the advertisement of financial or professional services or any
other use within Class 2 of the Use Classes Order as set out in Schedule 4 of the Town and Country Planning (Permitted Development) Order 2005.
- The use hereby permitted shall not be begun until the installation of the new shop display area has been completed in accordance with a scheme that has first been submitted to and approved in writing by the Planning Authority.
This decision was made by the Planning Committee constituted in accordance with Article 3(1) of the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Guidance Note
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

Please note that a copy of the Officer’s report which led to the decision, together with correspondence relative to the application, is available for inspection at the Department.
The proposed development must not be commenced until either;
- The time for requesting an appeal has expired; or
- Any appeal has been determined;
Whichever is the later.
