Hope you are well during this very mad and surreal time!
Further to your email please see attached below the applicants response to the Highways letter;
Hi Chris, I must say that I am frustrated as this unit is part of an industrial estate. However if it causes an issue for the Planning Committee I am content for them not to give a decision on that part of our application, but to consider the other aspects of the application namely;
Use of the premises as an agricultural/services business (Storage) retrospective Placement of two containers Parking for up to three HGV vehicles on the concrete apron on the south side of the building.
Further details are set out in my business statement and letter dated 17th, December, 2019. We are anxious to regularise the position and would hope that the matter can now proceed. Kind regards,

Hi Chris,
We have received the above comments for application 20 00190 B which is due to go to PC on the 5th May. I would suggest you may want to make further comments. The PC meeting is not in public nor can you speak or answer any questions. Accordingly, a 10 day period for additional comments has been provided for cases such as these, for people to make additional written responses to applications. I still have no concerns with this applications as it is, but I would suggest you should provide additional details.
Also Steven Eccles has now left the DOI Highways (gone bac to UK), and in the interim Kevin Almond is dealing with any questions/comments on applications. Any questions give us a email or ring me on 480757.
