Planning application 20/00188/b
I would like to object to this application As it would affect my property.
In the application it says they want to put a total 2.7 meter high fence including the existing wall using existing fence posts. The fence posts are not existing they was put there about two years ago.
This fence would take the light away from our front and side lounge windows which is approximately 3 metres from the wall and purposed fence. The outlook from the windows would be just this fence. Also please note the wall is shared and we don't want any fixings or brackets fitted to the top of the wall as it will not be seen by them only us with the eyesore
A 2.7 metre fence is 200 mm higher than their house roof line which is 2.5 metre.
Also if this fence is allowed they will not be able to see if I am driving my car down the drive when they are coming out of their drive because it will be too high. I have already had problems (near accidents) with small cars leaving their drive as the wall is 1.4 metre High.
There is three bungalows in a cul-de-sac all with matching walls going round them looks nice. If this fence is allowed it will change the outlook over night and make it look like we are living on a industrial site.
The application for the window in the side of the garage will look directly into our lounge side window. When their bungalow was built the window was put in the back of the garage to stop this. They have changed the use of the garage to make a utility room at the back of the garage which has lost the light from the window. but they still have plenty light coming from their two garage doors which have windows in them.
