Recommendation: ** Whilst the tree loss is most unfortunate and it is not disputed that this will have a significant and adverse impact on the landscape generally. However, due to the nature of the use in its current state, the poor quality of alternative routes for HGV's, the condition of the ground to the west and proximity of aushungs to/into, I feel there is no alternative but to approve the application.
