This application is an amendment to 19/01017/B to seek approval for the realignment of the red line to allow for a fence and gates to separate the landscape works, along the edge of the gravel lane, which will allow the lane to continue to be used by vehicles to access the stable block, from the house.
The Applicants live in Sunnybank House. They purchased the house directly from a developer in 2010 and at the time the garden areas had been site-stripped and were unfinished. Having moved back to the Isle of Man in 2017 Mr Holloway and Ms Jessup use the house as their permanent residence. they now have a young child and they now wish to reinstate the site-stripped areas and create a landscaped area for the house. This is a retrospective application for the creation of gardens and landscape works.
