Thank you for the planning application received 14th January 2020.
You have indicated siting as a matter associated with the approval in principle for the dwelling and as such you need to provide a site plan with the footprint of the dwelling included accurate using the used plans scale. This has not been included with your application documentation.
Please can you provide four copies of this site plan to me? If the application is not to include siting then please confirm and provide permission for me to amend the application forms.
I will hold onto the application in the meantime.
