Dear Sir,
With regard to the environment and the environment, the planning application, EFFECTOR OF EXTENSION VISUAL AND MANAGER, VICEROLE ROSS DOWGAAS.
Our Garden lands onto the surrounding garden and we wish to object to the planning REF 19/01415/13 on its following grounds. Our damage can be with most of the properties in Poplar Terrace one on the first floor level and over both the Victoria Road and Garden. Any New Building will alter our aspect. The fence of trees referred to are much too high and when reduced will make this more apparent. The main objection is to Noise. The noise levels from the school are inconsiderated at times unbearable. Any work would result in more noise.


In accordance with the abovementioned legislation, Notice is hereby given that an application has been received by the Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture, Planning and Building Control Directorate.

Any comment would be appreciated prior to 24th January 2020, however it can be made at any point prior to the application being determined.
The applicant is required to send a copy of this notice to every owner and occupier (who is known to the applicant) of the land that is the subject of the application or any part of it; and display a copy of this Notice by fixing it firmly to a building or other structure or object on or near the land that is the subject of the application so that it is easily visible by members of the public from a public highway and is unlikely to become obscured or concealed, and to ensure that it remains so displayed for a period of NOT LESS THAN 21 DAYS.

Any person may make written submissions to the Department with respect to this application before 24th January 2020. Any person who makes a written submission and wishes to be considered for interested person status (as defined by the Order and the Operational Policy which can be viewed at www.gov.im/IFS) must clearly indicate the relationship between their land and the land that is the subject of the application.
Such comment should be directed to the Department at the below mentioned address or via the Government's online services.
In doing so please be aware that; all written submissions will be made available for scrutiny by the applicant and general public and will form part of any proceedings arising in connection with the application.
Anonymous submissions will not be considered as part of any determination.
