THE TREES SHOWN ON THE SITE PLAN ARE JUST OUTSIDE THE BOUDARY LINE, ALTHOUGH THEY ARE WITHIN 15 METERS OF THE PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT SITE THEREFORE THEY HAVE BEEN SHOWN. NONE OF THE TREES ARE TO BE REMOVED.
