Good afternoon,

I write in reference to the above planning application at Bwoalliecowie Farm, Staarvey Road that was also notified to us through the constraints map layer database. Adjacent to the building detailed in this application is one of Manx Utilities' Natural Gas Pipelines.

We do not object with the proposed change of use detailed in the application, the storage of TT course safety equipment within the building.

Separately, Manx Utilities has an easement agreement with the landowner that includes a requirement to maintain access to the easement, and prevents storage within it. Any issues that arise as a result of the change of use will be addressed by means of the easement agreement.
