THIS APPLICATION IS AN OUTLINE PROPOSAL ONLY SEEKING APPROVAL FOR A NEW ACCESS ROAD INTO THE SITE TO PROVIDE A STAND-ALONE DEVELOPMENT. IT IS PROPOSED THAT 34 UNITS WILL BE CONSTRUCTED, EACH HAVING TWO DEDICATED CAR PARKING SPACES IN ADDITION TO THE INSIDE COVERED SPACE OF EACH UNIT. THERE WILL ALSO BE AN ADDITIONAL 21 CAR PARKING SPACES ON LAND ADJACENT TO "WEST WIND" TO MAINTAIN OPEN SPACE ADJACENT TO THAT PROPERTY. THERE ARE EXISTING FOUL AND SURFACE WATER DRAINS ON SITE FOR FUTURE USE. THE SIZE, LAYOUT AND DESIGN OF EACH INDIVIDUAL UNIT WOULD BE PROVIDED WITHIN A RESERVED MATTERS PLANNING APPLICATION AT A LATER DATE. THE LAND IS CURRENTLY ZONED FOR INDUSTRIAL/COMMERCIAL USE.
