Apologies for not getting any comments to you in November, but our meeting was not quorate, so business was deferred to December. The Commissioners considered the following applications
A] Planning Applications
a) 19/00781/B Mayfield Main Road, Colby. Mr & Mrs Gardner. Amended plans.
The Commissioners noted that this application had already been approved.
b) 19/01185/B Gat y Whing, Glen Road. Mr Davidson. Erection of ancillary detached accommodation unit to rear of property.
The Commissioners were concerned at the nature of the application and wished to know more about a previously approved application for the site. Could you send me a link to the plan please?
The following applications were supported by the Commissioners.
c) 19/01196/B Marievale, Douglas Road, Ballabeg. Mr Hunnisett-Biggs. Installation of dormer, removal of chimney stack, removal of PVC door and replacement with bay window.
d) 19/01234/B Primrose Cottage, Main Road, Colby. Ms Tinnion. Convert garden office/shed to beauty treatment room.
e) 19/01251/B Oakhill Mansion, Ronague Road. Modox Ltd. Removal of garden sheds and replacement with steel framed 15 x 3 x 3 metre steel clad building.
f) 19/01307/B Ballagawne Farm. Ballagawne Farm Ltd. Drill borehole for extraction of water for agricultural use.
