This retro planning application is for a three bed insulated cabin and a timber framed car port and is for the use of the family. The Insulated cabin has been put on top of a -150mm thick concrete slab and all of the services have come from the main cottage supply. This cabin has been built as part of the reconstruction for the main cottage (Clogh Willcy Cottage ). The main cottage is to under a total refurbishment because of two family members that now have Huntington Disease and the family want to make the cottage more usable for them. When the main cottage has been refurbished the cabin is then to be used by the family members for when they visit.
