A Fire Safety Officer has examined your application and has made comment.

Recommend refusal of this application due to the second floor flat having an inner habitable room (bedroom), and requiring an alternative escape route (Regulation 12 Inner room - Fire Precautions (Houses in Multiple Occupation and Flats) Regulations 2016). Accordingly, the applicant is advised to consult with the Fire Safety Department.
