To whom it may concern.
We would like to voice our objections to the planning of a car parking space in the front garden of Woodcroft, New York, by way of Woodcroft, New York, by way of Woodcroft, New York, by way of Woodcroft, New York, by way of Woodcroft, New York.
We are in the following terms—detached House and our objections are as follows:
The look of the two houses from the front elevation, as both houses are exactly the same with the yellow brick on the outer garden walls, which we think would look totally out of character if one was removed.
Another objection is as the people who live there have 3 cars on the road. We are not sure that a parking space for 1 car would be of any benefit to a 5-bedroomed house.
Our other concern is that the removal of the garden wall and steps would have a detrimental effect on the structural integrity of our property. Due to the age of the properties, we over 110 years old. We are concerned that any vibrations or alterations would put a strain on our house and would overtime create other issues.
Finally, we are concerned that to obtain the Vision space indicated on the plans, this would need to have the removal of our gate, pillars, and wall as they are over 1 meter high and we do not give permission for our property to be altered in any way. Also, any damage to our property would need to be put right at no cost to us.
Yours sincerely,
