PROPOSED RETENTION OF EXISTING MARQUEE
Please provide details of any supporting information or other details that you would like the Planning Authority to take into account.
This is an application for an extension of Condition 1 of an existing planning approval that was granted on 11th November 2014 for a period of 5 years. Original planning approval was granted on 8th November 2006 (PA05/02025/R - approved on appeal) for a Marquee for the purpose of agility training of the applicants' own dogs for a limited period of 5 years, and extended for a period of 2 years on 12th November 2012 (PA12/01254/B).
This current application is to obtain approval to retain the marquee for a further limited period of time (preferably a further 5 years) but to be determined and agreed by the planning authorities.
The use of the Marquee would continue to be as previously approved and the applicants would be happy to accept planning conditions as specified on the previous planning approval, especially relating to private use. All other Conditions relating to the previous approval have been met.
The Marquee is effectively screened from public view to a significant extent, by mature trees and existing nearby adjacent buildings.
