Preliminary site visit with Brian Walmsley (Inland Fisheries) was held on 12/09/19 - Development within 9m of a watercourse form will be completed and submitted once the application has been processed along with a flood risk assessment & possible river bank improvements.
Preliminary discussions have taken place with Environmental Protection Officer Danielle Coombes reference discharge of effluent into the River Neb; this is to be achieved via a Biodisc filtrating to a soakaway - Discharge license will be applied for.
Manx Bat Group has been contacted and an on site meeting will be arranged once the application has been acknowledged reference a survey to assess the impact on Bats of the proposed conversion and if present to specify mitigation actions.
