Addendum to the Officer’s Report
Condition 2 was recommended to be amended by the Planning Officer as follows:
Prior to the occupation of any dwelling, a fencing schedule for the entire site shall be approved
in writing by the Department and the development undertaken in accordance with these details.
Notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (Permitted Development)
Order 2012 or any Order superseding this, no fencing or walling which abuts any area of Public
Open Space, highway or at the rear of plots 49-56 may be introduced other than in accordance
with these details.
Reason: introduction of inappropriate fencing or walling could adversely affect the character of
the development or the health of existing trees or both.
Condition 5 was also amended to remove the reference to concrete bases and to clarify the
reference to the order.
Further
2, Reayrt ny Cashtal was not accepted as being within 20m of the application site so that party
was excluded from being granted IPS.
