I am writing to advise that we wish to defer our decisions on the following planning application until after our next meeting, which will be held on Thursday 6th December 2018. I will advise their decision via email on Friday 7th December 2018.

18/01129/B Relocation of existing access to provide access to both Kafue Cottage and adjacent fields, and erection of detached garage., Kafue Cottage, St Jude's Road, Sulby. 18/01130/B Alterations and erection of a rear extension, Conway, Lezayre Road . 18/01146/A Approval in principle for the erection of a replacement dwelling.
