Planning approval has previously been granted under PA 12/00062/B for Blocks C, D and E of this industrial development. Blocks C and D have been completed, and this application seeks approval for a revised Block E and a further Block F in order to provide a mix of unit sizes. The site is within an area which is allocated for industrial use in the Area Plan for the South. As with earlier phases approval is sought for industrial and storage/distribution uses.
