Extract from minutes of meeting 31st. Oct. 2018:
18/01071/B: 48 Murray's Lake Drive, IM4 2HZ. Change of use of adjacent open space land to form part of residential curtilage and erection of timber garden room (retrospective). No objection.
18/01103/B: Mullinaragher House, Rheast Lane, Santon, IM4 2HR. Erection of a detached building to provide a studio. Wooden cladding is stated but what is the substrate or strengthening frame construction material of the building?
This structure should ideally be "tied" to the dwelling and not capable of future separate ownership.
Otherwise, there is no objection.
