Presently the applicant owns numbers 1,2 and 3 Church Walk, St Pauls Square, and already has a cafe/restaurant in number 3. The intension is to provide an access between numbers 2 and 3 and expand the business over the two units. There is to be no alterations to the front elevation. 21.
