Please state clearly what you propose to do.
The house is currently residential. I would like to applied for planning permission for additional use as self-catering tourism accommodation, retaining the possibility to use the house as long term residential (for example over the winter months). The house is semi-detached and has two bedrooms, a garden, shed and on off-road parking space for one car in front of the house, adjacent to the garden (indicated on plan). No changes to the building or surroundings are proposed, this application is only for additional use as tourism accommodation. Floor plans are enclosed. Existing use of rooms will continue in proposed additional use as self-catering tourism accommodation. Photographs of the outside of the building are enclosed, indicating elevation. There are no trees on the site.
