In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the PLANNING COMMITTEE of the Department of Infrastructure does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:

which was considered on 25th August 2011, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below. Date of Issue: 30th August 2011 Murray House Mount Havelock Douglas
Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This permission relates to the conversion of barn to additional living accommodation and construction of link atrium to main dwelling (Amendment to PA 11/00201/B) as shown in drawings NR 01, NR 02, NR 03B, NR 04A, NR 05, NR 06A, NR 07, NR 08A, NR 09B, Location Plan and Site Plan received 27th June 2011.
Guidance Note
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

Please note that a copy of the Officer’s report which led to the decision, together with correspondence relative to the application, is available for inspection at the Department.
The proposed development must not be commenced until either;
- The time for requesting an appeal has expired; or
- Any appeal has been determined;
Whichever is the later.
