The comment stated;

I have no objection to the application. I would like to ask that the lane at the rear is not blocked as it is essential access to neighbouring properties. Short closures for safety reasons are acceptable but should not last for more than a day and only be following prior notice to users of the lane. I will be dealing with the builder concerning a licence to put scaffolding on my property and the protection of my property, to which I have no objection in principal providing that the licence is in place before any work commences.
