I am directed to advise you that the above application was considered at the Onchan District Commissioners meeting held on Monday 1st October 2018.

The Commissioners recommend that the application still be REFUSED on the grounds that:-

"New garage not in keeping with the existing streetscape and balcony terraced area would cause loss of privacy."
