5.0 REPRESENTATIONS Highway Services - do not oppose (5.1.18) Peel Town Commissioners have no objection (15.10.18).
6.0 ASSESSMENT The extension would match the adjoining neighbour's extension that is above their garage and is similar to a number of extensions that have already taken place within the vicinity. There would be no adverse impact on the street scene nor any adverse impact on neighbouring amenity.
