There is no site parking on the property frontage and it is
unknown if there is a parking space in the rear yard.
However, the site parking provision is unlikely to change
for the development. The car parking standards in 'The
Isle of Man Strategic Plan 2016' require 2 spaces for a
dwelling, and 1 space per 15sqm for offices outside town
centres. The amount of floor space is unknown, but the
parking demand for a dwelling should be less than the
staff parking required for offices. On this basis, the
proposal should not create any new highway issues.
