Highway Comments: There is no site parking and no
room to create such. There are no specific parking
standards for a café in 'The Isle of Man Strategic Plan
2016'. The parking standard for residential use for the
existing apartment and proposed residential use of the
entire building would be unchanged. The proposal should
reduce the traffic and site parking demand as customers
would no longer visit the site and deliveries are likely to
be fewer, so the proposal should not create any new
highway issues.
