6.0 ASSESSMENT The proposed oil tank will have a negative impact on the street scene, however this will be mitigated to some extent by the exiting planting. The tank will not be fully obscured from view but it is not considered that its impact would be so damaging to the appearance of the area that a refusal is warranted.
