The oil tank will be located behind the existing landscaping to the boundary with Queens Drive. The planting located adjacent to the entrance gate is in leaf all year round (exact species unknown) so will provide permanent screening to the new oil tank from the public highway. The existing landscaping has an approximate height of 2 m when measured from the garden side and 2.3 m when measured from Queens Drive. 21.
