The comment stated;
There is a field between my home and the subject site:
I feel that this application should be considered in conjunction with planning application 18/00894/B
The proposal to extend residential accommodation is adding to an already extensively developed site. Should not the need between staff and storage be measured?
Is this not extending further 'residential curtilage', (which I may add has been extended by stealth over numerous historic planning applications on this site) into a neighbouring field.
Whilst I may not have objection to whatever goes on within the immediate site of the dwelling of Cronk Breck, I do have concerns to the future of the property should it ever change hands, and the potential activity and use for what now resembles and industrial estate in a very rural location.
Relationship to site: Close to the site (please elaborate)
I declare that I have a personal interest in the following application:
Application Ref: 18/00882/B
Description of development: Conversion and extension of existing single garage to provide additional living accommodation ancillary to existing property Address of Application Site:
Cronk Breck Bernahara Road Andreas Isle Of Man IM7 3HH
I have made personal comment on this application
I can confirm that my interest will not affect any administrative handlings of the matter and that I will distance myself from any involvement in the administration process for determination of the application.
Nor have I or will I discuss the proposal with the case officers or those persons who may determine the application.
