The Commissioners wish to submit their views on the following planning applications:
18/00781/B Erection of a detached toilet block to be used in association with the existing Lezayre Church, Field 132150, Land Adjacent To Lezayre Church, Churchtown. Mrs Quane declared an interest and did not take part in the discussion. Approved Unanimous.
18/00210/B Redevelopment of Sabrew and adjacent vacant plot to create 3 dwellings, Sabrew, Main Road, Sulby. (Re advertised due to amended plan and additional information) Refused Unanimous - No further comments to add.
18/00819/B Demolition of existing and erection of a detached dwelling with associated vehicular access, Cooil Aalin, Clenagh Road, Sulby. Approved Unanimous. Although the Commissioners give their approval for this development they do have concerns regarding parking. This 5 bedroom house potentially could have 3+ cars but parking arrangements are not shown on the plan.
18/00842/B Creation of vehicular access to field adjacent to existing dwelling, Lower Glen Tramman, Glen Tramman. Approved 4-1 Majority. The Commissioners would like to point out that this road is quite narrow and larger vehicles may have difficulty accessing the field via the proposed gateway.
18/00854/B Installation of three windows (retrospective), Mountain View Innovation Centre, Jurby Road. Approved Unanimous.
