5.0 REPRESENTATIONS Highway Services : No highway Impact. 7 September 2018
Garff Commissioners: It was agreed to consult the conservation officer in the light of recent comments made by that office regarding the use of uPVC in a conservation area. It was noted that uPVC has previously been permitted for several years. 21 August 2018.
6.0 ASSESSMENT Garff Commissioners comments are noted. In this instance the window in question is on the rear elevation which is not highly visible to the public especially as there is a high bank behind. Further, the property already looks altered as proportions between windows on first and second floors seem too great - possibly where decorative mouldings have been removed. No adverse impact on CA.
