The following application has been considered by the Commissioners:

Planning Application: 18/00835/B Harbour View, Back Shore Road, Laxey, Replacement of existing rear window with UPVC unit.

It was agreed to consult the conservation officer in the light of recent comments made by that Office regarding the use of UPVC in a conservation area. It was noted that UPVC has previously been permitted for several years.
