Highway Comments: The minibuses would be parked on the site when not in use providing local bus services or contract operations. The application states that the vehicles would not be maintained, cleaned or refuelled on the site.

The proposal would not change the existing site access arrangements with access via the existing entrance to the site car park from the A3 Lezayre Road. There is also access to the site via Crossags Lane that would not be affected by the proposals.

There should be sufficient room on the site to accommodate 5 parked minibuses so the proposal should not create any new highway issues. Highway Services does not oppose the application. Recommendation: DNO
