In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Environment, Food
and Agriculture determined to APPROVE an application by Mr John Sheppard, for the Information in
relation to condition 2 of 18/00808/B - Erection of a pair of semi-detached dwellings with associated
parking and access at the land at Clarecourt, 14 Marathon Road, Douglas, Isle of Man.
