The proposals would provide additional living
accommodation for the dwelling but not change the site
parking demand. The existing driveway is served by
dropped kerbs and can accommodate a parked car. It
would be retained as at present for the development and
there would be no site access changes for the proposals.
No new highway issues should arise.
