Please find attached an updated drawing for planning application PA 18/00695/C.
The application proposes the change of use of an existing tourist unit on the site into ancillary accommodation for the main farmhouse 'Ballastrang'.
The original drawing submitted for the application failed to include the main house within the red line boundary (which is necessary when formulating planning conditions for such applications). This drawing now resolves this issue.
While this is for information purposes only, should you wish to make any comments please relay these to me by next Friday (19/10/2018).

If you can send me one electronic copy of the drawing I will circulate to the Commissioners for information. And if you could then send two hard copies in to the office for the planning files. After which I expect to process the application through Delegated Powers and hopefully we can then get a decision in the few weeks following.
