The comment stated;

As we overlook the site for this application, we are particularly concerned about the visual aspects of the proposal. The plans give no indication of the height of the spectator stand and so no assessment of the setting, or comparison with the nearby trees (incorrectly denied in section 17!) can be made. In my view the height is a very significant issue in attempting to visualise how appropriate the proposed structure would be in the suggested location ~ a high structure would be totally out of keeping.
