General Policy 2
Applies to proposals in accordance with land-use zoning (Predominantly Residential); permits development that respects site/surroundings (b,c), does not adversely affect resident amenity or locality character (g), provides satisfactory access/parking (h), and no unacceptable highway impact (i). Officer assessed proposal compliant: scale/layout fits, rear changes minor, amenity/highways not worsened over shop use.
