The Peel Town Commissioners considered the following planning applications at their Committee meeting and they do not object to the proposals contained within these applications subject to any conditions stipulated below:
a. 18/00476/B Proposed vehicular access at Thie My Chree, Tynwald Road, Peel
b. 18/00480/B Replacement roof to annex at 1 Fuchsia Close, Reayrt Ny Keylley, Peel
c. 18/00492/B Erection of new garage at Carnaween, Battery Road, Peel
d. 18/00541/B Taking down disuded chimney and replacement of annex at Karrin, 4 Mountain View, Peel
e. 18/00442/B Replacement doors at 2 Kellys Court, St Peters Lane, Peel
f. 18/00543/B Proposed rear extension at Creg Ny Shee, Lhergy Dhoo, Peel
g. 18/00557/B Replacement windows at 9 Christian Street, Peel
h. 18/00589/B Replacement roof and conservatory at Carrick Jairg, Belle Vue, Ramsey Road, Peel
The Commissioners object to Planning Application 18/00529/B Changes to Isle of Man Cathedral, Derby Road, Peel. The café/garden room extension is not in keeping with the existing cathedral building and the design and proposed construction of this modern flat roof extension under the existing glass window does not conserve or enhance this elevation of the registered building.
