Please be advised that at their meeting last night, Port St Mary Commissioners had no objections to the following planning applications:
17/00875/B - Teen Kai, Clifton Road, Port St Mary. Mr & Mrs Davies additional plans for the erection of a car part and retrospective alterations to previously approved 13/00589/B including variation of windows and doors and the installation of a flue.
18/00503/B - 16 Creggan Lea, Port St Mary. Mr & Mrs Wiseman for alterations and erection of an extension.
18/00534/B - Manxonia House, Bay View Road, Port St Mary. PSM Commissioners for the installation of replacement windows.
